Fundación Metal Asturias (Foundation for Qualification, Training and Employment in the Metal Sector in Asturias) is devoted to promote training and professional qualifications as well as labour improvements for the industry –metal sector in particular- in Asturias, developing social-labour activities in the following areas: professional development of employed/unemployed workers through initial and continuos vocational training in the metal sector and other industrial sectors (automatisms, pneumatics, hydraulics, domotics, PLCs, environment management and safety); identification of qualifications and associated competences; elaboration of modular training catalogues integrating the initial, occupational and continuous vocational training; surveys and consulting; development of Human Resources and entrepreneurship improvement; design and elaboration of didactic resources (paper, multimedia/digital); design and development of projects in the regional, national and international scope.

BDF is an IT training, consultancy and development company, founded in 1995 in Palma de Mallorca. It collaborates with organisations involved in R&D, training, employment and with social agents to improve workers' qualifications, give businesses a competitive advantage and foster quality and innovation in the work-place, thus contributing to the building of the Information Society. By its involvement in European projects, the organization has provided people and businesses with innovative solutions, improved access to flexible training and to employment, fostered quality, telework, eLearning, telecommunications, business start-up and management, and the conversion of learning materials.

Pia d.o.o. Velenje is a private small business organization which was established in 1991. Total number of employees is 15. It has long time experience in international co-operation, has been involved in several EU programmes, CARDS projects in Balkan and commercial projects in USA.
Pia d.o.o. Velenje have experiance in different fields:
  • 18 years development educational software, 10 years working on Open and Distant Learning (ODL)
  • 15 years of co-operations with Ministry of Educations and Sports of Slovenia
  • 10 years of active participation in Leonardo da Vinci program, 2 projects led and successfully finished, participation in several other projects.

GAB Munich was founded in 1980 as an independent institute. The firm conducts research, offers consultancy, develops and implies future oriented educational and training approaches and methods to the field of vocational training. Its focus is on the challenges of the changing world of work and labour, paying special attention to: linking the field of primary vocational training and continuous education (on basis of reality based learning); the connection between personal and professional learning; the development, assessment and recognition especially of non-formal competences; organisational development, creating learning structures within organisations and work places; and quality development and management.

The RDA Senec - Pezinok is an organisation of public interest which started its activities in 2002. The Agency is operational on the territory of Slovakia/Bratislava Self - Governing Region. The organisation has been established on a request of the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development responsible for implementation of structural ERDF, ESF and initiatives Interreg & EQUAL) and cohesion funds in Slovakia. The RDA belongs to the integrated network of the said Ministry. It is an association of legal entities among which are the Bratislava Self-Governing Region, Slovak Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the City of Pezinok and the City of Senec. The Agency is operational on the territory of Slovakia/Bratislava Self - Governing Region. The RDA is closely cooperates with the Bratislava region (all municipalities) in the area of education and training, as well as with the state administration bodies at regional, national and international level and its activities are aimed at public, business and non-profit, non-governmental sectors.

European Center for Quality is a modern consultancy company, founded in year 2001. The company is specialized in development and implementation of international management standards, as well as in development and implementation of projects under different EU programs. ECQ Ltd. works in close cooperation with a number of foreign partners among which are consultancy companies, educational institutions and universities, qualification centers, non government organizations etc.

Centre for Vocational Education and Research (CVER) was founded in 1997 as a structural unite of Vytautas Magnus University under the initiative of Lithuanian Ministry of Education and Science. The main task of the Centre is research the VET system and the changes of it in the context of Lithuanian and global process of activities area and main tendencies of VET development, and to concern about the intellectual potential (to train teachers and specialists of management of all levels) of VET system. The Centre is performing the research of VET, the international scientific relations (by means of congresses, conferences, exchange programmes, etc.), the wide-ranging publishing activity that is directed towards the development of the policy of Lithuanian education and VET and the quality of the vocational teaching. The Center is actively working on issues related to human resources management, qualifications framework, continuous training, career counseling, recognition of non-formal and informal learning. The Centre takes part in projects of various international and national programs and has close cooperation ties with Lithuanian and foreign education and labour market institutions.
