E-learning allows the trainer and trainees the freedom of choose the best day or days of the week to “assist” to the training action and, of course, the best time of the day to do it. That means that the student has the pace of its own training action, always with the limits of the dates for the training action and the marks set between the beginning and the end of the training action. For example, a teacher may establish a mark of two lessons to be completed before the first face-to-face session that will take place one week after the beginning of the training action.
